2.     THE RULES OF OFFERING AND ACCEPTING BETS

2.1  The terms used in the rules

2.1.1.    Participant (hereinafter «client») – a participant of the agreement who has concluded a bet with the organizer.

2.1.2.    Bet – participation in a game where the outcome depends on the result of the selected event. The bet made by the client is beyond the control of the gambling organizer. The winning of a prize depends on whether the bet selection turns out to be correct or not. The amount of the prize depends on the amount of the stake and the winning odds determined before the making of the bet (named «toto» and «betting» in the Gambling Act).

2.1.3.     Totalizator – participation in a game where the outcome depends on the result of the selected event. The bet made by the client is beyond the control of the gambling organizer. The winning of a prize depends on whether the bet selection turns out to be correct or not. The amount of the prize depends on the amount of the stake, percentage of the total amount of the bets as determined by the organizer, the number of people who bet correctly and the amount of their bets (named «toto» and «totalizator» in the Gambling Act).

2.1.4.    Livebet – a bet made during the course of an event, where the odds will be updated continuously throughout the event according to current state of the event.

2.1.5.    Making a bet – an agreement concluded between the organizer and the client where the subject of the agreement is the bet made by the client against the organizer, according to which both parties should fulfil their obligations. For the client it means making a bet and accepting the final result of the selected event (losing or winning). For the organizer it means paying out the winnings based on the rules. The bets are concluded by accepting stakes from the players on conditions offered by the organizer.

2.1.6.    Stake – a sum of money as a guarantee of fulfilling the obligations of the client towards the organizer, which is paid by the client for the participation in the betting event by predicting the outcome of one or a group of events.

2.1.7.    Outcome – the result of a sporting or other event on which the organizer offered the odds of winning and on which the bet was concluded.

2.1.8.      Offers – a list of events and the winning odds of their outcomes which are offered by the organizer for betting.

2.1.9.      Events – sports, political and entertainment events taking place in real life on which the organizer is offering the odds of winning.

2.2  General terms

2.2.1.    The organizer accepts bets on sporting, political and entertainment events. All bets are accepted exclusively according to the present rules. Participation in a bet is the confirmation that the client is familiar with and completely agrees with these rules.

2.2.2.    When there is confusion or a misunderstanding of the rules because of slight differences in meaning in the translation of the rules into different languages, the Latvian version of the rules shall prevail.

2.2.3.     For betting on the internet, the client must register an account at OlyBet website (www.olybet.com) and deposit money into the account. To make a bet the client must choose an event from all the betting events available and click on the odds he/she likes to bet on. It is possible to make a bet on a single event or multiple events. After selecting the event(s) and odds, the client must enter the desired stake amount and confirm the ticket. After successful confirmation of the ticket the bet is concluded. The winnings will be paid out to the client's account after the event(s) are finished and based only on results published by officials or event organizer. All bets will be stored on the organizer's server for at least 7 years after the events. After confirming the ticket, the bets can't be changed or cancelled. In case of connection failure or other technical problems the bet isn't considered void if it has already been confirmed and registered on the organizer's server. After the bet is made the relevant sum of money is deducted from the client's account balance. Every bet is numbered and archived by the organizer. The list of winning bets is printed out and kept as a document. Any pre-match bets made after the beginning of the event will be returned with odds «1» (except live bets).

2.2.4.    The organizer guarantees confidentiality of the clients' registration data and is committed to safeguarding customers personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

2.2.5.    The client is responsible for providing correct personal and contact information (name, surname, personal ID number, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address etc.). The Organizer reserves the right to request further information even after registration of a client account in order to avoid the abuse of the same account, credit card, a bank or e-wallet account etc. Upon discovery that an account has been opened by a person using wrong personal data, any bets made, and any winnings received by that client will be cancelled, the deposit made to the account will be returned and the account will be closed. Using incorrect personal data is a criminal offense according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Estonia and such cases shall officially be reported to respective authorities.

2.2.6.      An account with OlyBet is personal and only the owner of the account has the right to log in to the account. The Organizer is not responsible if a client's betting account is abused by a third party. The client must keep the username and password confidential and not permit any other person to have access to this information. Any bets placed using the correct security details will be debited from the client's account. In case when a client suspects that the username and password have become available to any other person, the client must communicate this to OlyBet support immediately.

2.2.7.    The client may not make bets on behalf of others. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any bet made by third party.

2.2.8.    We do not allow that different account holders from the same household and/or family are betting on the same event, including the use of the same event in different combinations, to avoid the rules and/or exceed applicable stake limits.

2.2.9.     The organizer reserves the right to refuse accepting any bet and cancel any already accepted bet if it does not comply with the rules or if there is an obvious misprint from the organizer side.

2.2.10.      It is against the rules to make bets on the same match in identical or different combinations to transcend the limits set by the organizer. If a bet is cancelled, the Organizer will do its best to inform a customer on the reasons why through an e-mail registered on the client account.

2.2.11.   The conditions for accepting bets (handicaps, odds, totals, restrictions for parlays, etc.) can be changed after any bet. The odds of the bets made previously remain unchanged, except for the bets of totalizator. Before making a bet, the clients should familiarize themselves with any changes in the offers and odds.

2.2.12.    The organizer reserves the right to refuse accepting bets from any person without explaining the reasons. The organizer reserves the right to designate the countries from where the clients are not accepted. The Organizer is unable to accept accounts or offer its services to clients from USA residents.

2.2.13.    The acceptance of repeated bets on the same combination of outcome(s) from any client can be limited by the decision of the organizer.

2.2.14.    The organizer does not accept bets where two or more events affect each other. Even if the client has such a bet accepted by mistake, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel such bets afterwards. In such circumstances bets could also be cancelled after entrance (registration) of results. Organizer reserves the right to cancel the whole bet, even if parts of it would still be valid.

2.2.15.    The Organizer does not allow cooperation between players and taking measures to avoid use of scripts, bots or other fair play interfering devices. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel repeated bets from the same IP address, within one family or the same household (shared living address).

2.2.16.      The Organizer reserves the right to suspend any betting account(s) and delay any payments if there is any suspicion of fraud or identity theft. In this case, the owner of the betting account must personally communicate with the Organizer and provide evidence that it was he/she who placed the bets. In case the question about the legality of the account arises, the Organizer will only acknowledge the real owner (in accordance with registered full name and ID code) of the account as a negotiating party in the process. In a case when the organizer suspects identity theft, the organizer reserves the right to submit the information to the police.

2.2.17.     The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any bets from clients who are betting money on an event where they are involved as participants, referee, coach, player etc.

2.2.18.      If a match is suspected of unfair play, the Organizer reserves the right to keep any payments on hold for up to 30 days. If the unfair play can be verified, the Organizer has the right to cancel the bets placed on that game.

2.2.19.    The organizer reserves the right to declare the bets (or a part of them) void (payments are made with the odds «1») or to suspend payments until the end of trial (including judicial) in one of the following cases:

2.2.19.1.       There are mistakes made when accepting the bets;

2.2.19.2.     There is a software/website error (obvious typing mistakes in the list of offered events, discrepancy of odds in various positions, unusual or wrong odds, etc.);

2.2.19.3.    If there are traces of unfair practices being used;

2.2.19.4.    Deviation from the current rules during the acceptance of a bet;

2.2.19.5.     There are other circumstances confirming the incorrect bet.

2.2.20.     Abuse of gaming software errors or mistakes in translation is prohibited. A client who discovers any error in the gaming software must immediately report it to the Organizer by e-mail to [email protected]. If the client will abuse errors in the gaming software, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend betting account, freeze the funds and cancel placed and/or already resulted bets.

Example N1: Mistake in translation is considered to be a situation, where the event offer line consists of a bet “Over 5.5 Half-time Yellow cards” and “Under 5.5 Half-time Corners”. In this case, the sport enthusiast who is also placing bets on this sport, is able to determine that the number (5-6) of cards in a half-time is too high (average statistical number of cards is 1.5-2.5). However, the number of Corners in one half-time may reach 5 to 7.

Example N2: Odds mistake is a situation where a clear game favorite has a disadvantageous chance of winning the game. A typical odds mistake in Estonian Basketball League would be if the main league favorite Kalev/Cramo playing home would be priced at odds 5.75, while away team TTU KK would have odds 1.1. The same principle applies for the odds on handicap, total etc.

Example N3: The client receives double winnings from the bet or receives winnings of the lost bet and hastens to do a payout of the funds received.

2.2.21.    The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules at any time to:

Improve/update services and gaming bonus offers

compliance with laws

limit fraud

The Organizer shall inform the customer of any substantial modification of the rules before they are implemented. The client has the right to disagree with the changes, in this case the client is obliged to stop using services offered by the Organizer and his/her betting account will be closed.

2.2.22.     Admission of any part of these rules to be invalid, on the grounds of introduction of the new law, administrative order or court decision, does not affect remaining parts of these rules and obligations of both parties.

2.2.23.     All protests and disputes that are related to betting have to be sent to the Organizer during the period of 14 days after the start of the specific event. Complaints submitted later than 14 days after the start of the event will not be processed. Complaints and queries are to be sent to [email protected]

2.3  Technical interpretation

2.3.1.    In team competitions «home» (hosting team) and «away» (visiting team) concepts are being used. The home team is shown on the first place in the offer line (marked «Team 1») and the away team is on the second place (marked «Team 2»). In all other cases the numbering of participants of a competition in the offer line is conditional and the data given about the place of competition has informative nature.

2.3.2.    «Home» (hosting team) and «away» (visiting team) concepts are not used in the following cases:

2.3.2.1.       The events are held on the neutral ground in one city or country (in case of international competitions);

2.3.2.2.     The event is the final of some cup competition and consists of one game (meeting).

2.3.2.3.    In the competitions held on the soil of the United States of America the visiting team is shown as the first and the hosting team is shown as the second (Team 2 @ Team 1). The leagues displayed by this principle are the following but not limited to: NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, NCAA, AHL, OHL, WHL and QMJHL.

2.3.3.     For defining the results of the bets only the sporting factors of competitions are taken into consideration. For political and entertainment events only the actual results of these events are taken into consideration.

2.3.4.    These rules can be changed by the organizer's initiative after having made an agreement with the authorized organ. The clients will be informed about the changes by a corresponding notice. Changes and additions to the rules come into force from the date shown in such announcement. The bets accepted from the shown date are being made under the changed rules. The conditions for the bets made beforehand remain unchanged.

2.3.5.    In case of wrong calculation (because of technical errors, wrongly entered results, etc.) the bets are a subject of recalculation. The bets made at the time between the wrong calculation and recalculation (including those which are made with the sum gained as a result of the organizer's mistake) are valid. If none of the events included in recalculation have not yet started, the client has a right to refuse from this bet informing the organizer via email. If the client has a negative balance as a result of the bets made with the sum gained from the organizer's mistake and recalculation, he/she has to compensate the missing amount to continue playing. Before that the organizer does not accept the new bets from such client.

2.3.6.      The organizer can announce a bonus for some period of time and for some events, adding to the winnings of the relevant events or period between 1-10%. The organizer can announce an additional chance of winning for parlays for some period. For example, if the number of events in parlay is not less than 6 and the odds of each event is not less than 1.6 and if only one event was lost and the others were guessed right (the refunded bets with odds «1» are not considered right here), then this parlay is not considered to be lost and the winnings are paid out with odds «1»

2.3.7.    The bonuses mentioned in the previous point regarding the additional winning opportunities are valid only within announced terms.

2.3.8.    If for technical reasons (e.g. internet or electricity disconnection) the information about the bet is not registered on the organizer's server immediately but with some delay (like the factual time shown on the ticket), then the bets remain valid.

2.4  Types of bets

2.4.1.    The organizer is offering the following betting types: single bet, parlay bet, system bet and chain bet.

2.4.1.1.       Single bet – a bet made on the outcome of a single event. The winnings of a single bet are equal to the stake amount multiplied by odds of the selected outcome.

2.4.1.2.     Parlay (accumulator) – a bet on the outcomes of several events not related with each other. In a parlay bet you should not include an event and it's outcome more than once and not include inter-related events. A parlay bet is considered to be won if all the events in it are guessed right (the results match exactly the predictions). If at least one event is guessed wrong, the parlay bet is considered to be lost, except when the organizer has announced a relevant additional winning opportunity. The winnings of a parlay bet are equal to the stake amount multiplied by all the odds included in the bet. For example, if a parley bet is made up of three events with odds 1.6, 1.5 and 1.4 and stake amount is 50 €, then the multiplication of the odds is 3.36 and this is needed to multiply by 50 to get the whole value of the winning ticket: 3.36 x 50 = 168 €. If inter-related events are included in a parlay bet, then only the event with the highest odds is taken into account and all others are calculated with odds «1»

2.4.1.3.    System bet – a bet consisting of three or more predictions on the single betting ticket. “System bet” is different from “Parlay”, to receive winnings from a “System bet” it is not necessary to predict all events correctly. In order to place such a bet, it is necessary to open tab “System” (at the top of the betting ticket). The system type depends on the number of predicted outcomes. Available System types will appear automatically on the betting slip.

Example: “System 2/3” consists of three events and to win this bet two of the three events have to be predicted correctly. The amount of possible winnings is displayed on the betting slip and this is the maximum winnings amount. In the example above, to receive maximum winnings, all three events have to be predicted correctly. System bets consist of a combination of outcomes. Another example: “System 2/4” consists of four events and to win this ticket is enough by predicting two of the outcomes. Bet amount is 2 €. Bet amount equals the amount entered in the field “Bet”, which is divided by the maximum number of combinations in particular system.

According to this, the ticket wins even if only two matches are predicted correctly. The specific amount of the winnings depends on which events were predicted correctly.

2.4.1.4.    Chain bet - a combination of single bets not related with each other. The prerequisite for winning a chain bet is the win of the first bet in it. The first bet is considered to be the arithmetical first bet in the chain, not the one taking place before the others. Thus, the order of the bets in the chain is determined by the client. From the winnings of the first link of the chain bet is taken away the stake amount for the second bet and the rest of money will be placed into the general account of the chain. If the second bet is lost, then the stake amount for the third bet is subtracted from the chain. In case when the chain's account balance is reaching to zero, the whole chain bet is lost. Otherwise, when the links of the chain have been won, the chain's account balance is growing continuously. At the end, the client will get the chain's account balance paid out as winnings of the chain bet.

Example:

Example (see table above):As a result of the first event the winnings are 6 €, as the initial stake was 3 € and the odds were 2, of which 3 € will be placed on the chain's account balance and 3 € as stake amount for the next bet. After winning the second event, similarly, 1.5 € is placed on the chain's account balance and 3 € as stake amount for the next bet. Thus, after the second event there is 4.5 € in the chain's account balance. After losing the third event, 3 € is subtracted from the chain's balance for stake amount of fourth event. After winning the fourth event, it will bring 6 € into the chain's balance and 3 € is transferred for stake amount of fifth event. The loss of the fifth event does not bring any more money into the chain's balance and so the total winnings of the chain are 7.5 €, which will be paid out.

When defining the final winning odds for all types of bets, the peculiarities of some outcomes are taken into account (e.g. bets made on the victory of a participant in the competition, where more than one participant is the winner; bets with handicaps made on the victory of a participant in the competition, where the value of handicap coincides with the result).

2.5  Cash Out

2.5.1.    Cashout

Cashout offers players wider options to control the way their bet plays out on the go. It’s possible to easily take out the returns before the event is finished. When the cashout option is available, it’s possible to cashout the bet fully or partially. Partial cashout would allow you to decrease the stake in the game or take out early profits, thus increasing your payout percentage.

Cashout gives players exclusive opportunity to take action while the game is on and not wait for it to end in order to reach a conclusion for the bet. A time delay in accepting a Cash Out request is in place. If a price is being adjusted or suspended at a given moment, then the Cashout attempt may be declined.

Cashout is available in its variety for both pre-match and livebets, on singles as well as multies, for a vast choice of different sports, including Soccer, Tennis, Basketball and others. Olybet will always do it’s best to offer cashout, but due to the nature of the game, it may not be always possible.

If a player wishes to cashout his bet, all he/she has to do is click on the Cashout button under the bet status in “my bets” section of the betslip. Cashout availability can easily be spotted thanks to the green dollar sign visible under the bet status. If a player chooses to cashout his entire bet, the full amount will be settled, and the bet will have no relation to the proceeding events of the still lasting game.

The amount offered to the player as a cashout premium will always depend on the performance of the selected betslip events and may be higher or lower than the original stake and thus enable the player to guarantee a profit or minimise a potential loss.

2.5.2.    Partial Cash Out

If you would like to partially Cash Out your bet, simply use the slider on the Cash Out popup to adjust your original stake amount to the amount you want to Cash Out. Once you have selected the correct amount click “Cash Out”. The remaining amount of your stake will be settled in accordance with the final result of your bet.

Auto Cash Out

Once you have placed your bet, you may now also choose to create an Auto Cashout request. If you decide to go for a certain payout value, once the threshold has been reached, all you have to do is to simply create such a rule for cashing out the bet. Once the threshold is reached, the rule will be triggered, and your bet automatically settled, whilst the funds added to your balance.

To set an Auto Cash Out request, simply click on the “Auto” icon right after clicking the green dollar cashout sign, enter the threshold amount that you would like to set in the ‘If the value reaches’ section and then select ‘Create Rule’.

Once the Auto Cashout rule has been added, you are able to view it or overwrite under the same Cashout “Auto” section. In order to cancel the existing Auto Cashout rule, simply click the Cashout and the Auto button under it again and press “Cancel Rule”. Once the old rule is cancelled, you will again be able to set a new Auto Cashout rule and set a new updated threshold for automatically cashing out your bet. Alternatively, if you manually Cash Out or partially Cash Out any part of your bet, the active Auto Cash Out request will be removed for that bet.

2.5.3.    Cashing out on your computer and mobile

There are multiple options for monitoring the Cash Out amounts being offered for an eligible bet.

If you are using the desktop version of Olybet, you should first login to your account and open either the pre-match or the livebetting section of the site. Once logged in, you will always find your cashouts offers under “My Bets” tab of the betting slip. Simply click on “My Bets” to see any eligible bets along with the current Cash Out price that will be visible under the bet’s “unsettled” status text.

You can also Cash Out on your mobile or tablet – simply click the right menu at the top section of the page and select “Open Bets” to view the active Cashout options. The Cash Out will be shown at the bottom of the bet information and marked with a red box, the offered Cashout amount being inside it. Clicking the framed box will view your bet id and ask for the confirmation of the offered Cashout amount.

14) Olybet reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out (or Partial Cash Out) if the bet or a market is settled in error.

2.6  The main variants of outcomes for betting

2.6.1.    Win of the first team – is marked with the symbol «1» in the offer line.

2.6.2.    Draw – is marked with the symbol «Х»

2.6.3.     Win of the second team – is marked with the symbol «2»

2.6.4.    Win of the first team or a draw – is marked with the symbol «1X» To win a bet with such outcome it is necessary that the first team wins or the game ends in a draw.

2.6.5.    Win of the first team or win of the second team - is marked with the symbol «12» To win a bet with such outcome it is necessary that one of the teams will win, the game should not end in a draw.

2.6.6.      Win of the second team or a draw – is marked with the symbol «Х2» To win a bet with such outcome it is necessary that the second team wins or the game ends in a draw.

2.6.7.    Match Result – regular time result of the match. There are following possible outcomes for the “Match Result” bets in the offer line: “1”, “2” or “X”. Overtime, sudden-death round/penalty kicks etc., are not considered in this type of bet. If first (“1”) or second (“2”) team victory is predicted, but during the regular time there is a draw, then the bet is lost.

2.6.8.    Money Line/Match Winner/Winner of the Match – the final outcome of the match, including overtime, sudden-death round/penalty kicks etc. There are following possible outcomes for the “Match Winner” bets in the offer line: “1” and “2”. The “Draw” (“X”) option is not available, since the draw at the end of regular time does not show the final outcome of the match.

2.6.9.      Handicaps – win of a participant in a competition, taking into account the handicaps. In the offer line the handicaps are given together with the odds of winning as «Handicap 1» «Odds 1» Handicap - is an advantage assigned by the organizer to a participant of the competition and expressed in goals/points/sets/seconds, etc. Handicap can be positive, negative or zero.

2.6.9.1.       The handicaps assigned to contestants/teams are added to the corresponding result achieved by a contestant. If the result we got that way is in favor of the chosen contestant/team, they are considered to be the winner, and the bets with handicaps made on their victory win. If the result is in favor of the opponent, the bets are lost. If the result we got with the handicap is a draw, then odds of a winning for such outcome will be equal to «1»

2.6.9.2. For example, if the handicap for home team is +3.5 and for away team -3.5, and the final score is 76-79, then if the bet was made on home team, it was won because 76 + 3.5 = 79.5 and 79.5 > 79. If the bet was made on away team, then it was lost because 79 - 3.5 = 75.5 and 75.5 < 76.

2.6.9.3.     Handicap with the “Draw” option. Bet on victory or the score of the match, taking into account the handicaps: 0, 1, 2, etc. The client is offered a choice of three options: bet with the handicap on home team victory (-1), bet with the handicap on a draw (-1/+1) or bet with the handicap on away team victory. In this example, the home team with the handicap “-1” is a favorite.

Example: There is an offer:  Bet on a home team win with the handicap +1 – Bet on away team win with the handicap -1 – Bet on a draw with the handicap (-1/+1)

If the client chooses to bet on Away team with the handicap (-1) and the game final result is 1:2, then the bet is lost, since assigning the handicap the score of the game is a draw 2 + (-1) = 1, 1=1. In this example, a bet on a draw would be a winner, i.e., X(+1/-1).

2.6.9.4.    Asian handicaps. Bet on win or total score with the handicap, which is assigned with 0.25 intervals (rather than 0.5 intervals like with ordinary handicap). Such bets are calculated as two bets both with same odds and the nearest (0.25 intervals) common handicap value (H1 = H - 0.25, H2 = H + 0.25). Each common bet amount is equal to half the amount of the double bet.

*H = Overall handicap *H1 = Handicap of the first bet *H2 = Handicap of the second bet

In case the Asian handicap is included in a parlay or system bet, it is calculated with the same odds which would have been used in single bet. If both of Asian handicap bets will win, then the winnings are paid out based on the odds shown on the ticket, e.g. if the bet amount on Asian Handicap is 50€ with the odds “1.85”, then the winnings are 1.85 x 50 € 92.5€. But if only one half is winning, then the winnings are paid according to the odds (for example, 1.85), multiplied by ½ stake amount (for example, 25€). E.g. the bet was +0.25 and final score was 0-0, then the winnings for the +0 (H1) bet are paid out with odds «1» and the other half of the bet is multiplied by odds shown on the ticket. In this case the winnings are: Bet void with odds “1”, e.g. 25 € + 1.85 x 25 € 71.52€. If both common bets are lost, the whole bet is considered to be lost.

Example N1: If 200 € stake was made on Real Madrid FC and the team won with the result 1:0. In this case both common bets with the half of sum won, since 1-0=1, but 1>0 and 1-0.5=0.5, but 0.5>0. The winnings are equal to 100€ x 2.0 + 100€ x 2.0 = 400 €.

Example N2 If 200 € stake was made on Real Madrid FC and the game final result was 0:0 (draw). In this case one common bet with the half of sum will be resulted with odds “1”, since 1-0=1, but 1=1 (draw), but the second bet is lost, since 1+(-0.5)=0.5, but 0.5

Example N3 If 200 € stake was made on Real Madrid FC and the team lost with the result 0:1. In this case both common bets with the half of sum lost, since 0-0=0, but 0

Example N4 If 200 € stake was made on FC Barcelona and FC Barcelona won with the result 0:1.In this case: two common bets with the half of sum won, since 1+0=1, but 1>0 and 1+0.5=1.5, but 1.5>0.The winnings are equal to 100€ x 1.8 + 100€ x 1.8 = 360 €.

Example N5 If 200 € stake was made on FC Barcelona and the game final result was 1:1. In this case one common bet with the half of sum will be resulted with odds “1”, since 1+0=1, but 1=1 (draw) and the other won, since 1+0.5=1.5, but 1.5>1. The winnings are equal to 100€ x 1.0 + 100€ x 1.8 = 280 €.

Example N6 If 200 € stake was made on FC Barcelona and the team lost with the result 1:0. In this case two common bets with the half of sum lost, since 0+0=0, but 0

2.6.10.      Totals - betting on the quantity of goals/points/games, etc. scored/gained/played by the participant of the event. In the offer line this quantity is called total for the sake of brevity. To win such a bet it is necessary to guess right whether there will be scored more or less than the assigned total in the offer line (or in some cases exactly the assigned total). For defining the results of such bets, the normal game time is taken into account, unless otherwise shown in the offer line.

2.6.10.1.       Two versions of betting are offered on totals: by two (under or over) or by three (under, over or equal) possible outcomes. In the first version, if the result coincides with the total assigned by the organizer, then both «over» and «under» bets are paid out with odds «1» If the betting on total is offered on three outcomes and the result coincides with the total assigned in the offer line, then both «over» and «under» bets are considered to be lost and the bets on «equal» are considered to be won.

2.6.10.2.     Asian handicaps are also offered on totals, being assigned with 0.25 intervals, but not with 0.5 (e.g. 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc.). Such bet is considered as two (common) bets with the same odds and the nearest total common value (T1 = T-0,25, T2 = T+0,25). The sum of each common bet is equal to the half sum of double bet.

*T = Overall “total” *T1 = “total” of the first bet *T2 = “total” of the second bet

Example: Bet 1.Number of goals “Over 2.25” with odds 1.8 and with the 200 € stake (T=2.25). If two goals were scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One common bet of two “Over 2” (T1) will be calculated with odds «1», since 2=2 (draw), but the other “Over 2.5” (T2) has been lost, since 2

Bet 2. Number of goals “Over 2.75” with odds 1.8 and with the 200 € stake (T=2.75). If three goals were scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One common bet of two “Over 3” (T2) will be calculated with odds «1», since 3=3 (draw), but the other “Over 2.5” (T1) is won, since 3>2.5. The winnings are equal to 100€ x 1.0 + 100€ x 1.8 = 280 €.

Bet 3. Number of goals “Over 2.25” with odds 1.8 and with the 200 € stake (T=2.25). If three goals were scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One common bet of two “Over 2” (T1) is won with odds 1.8, since 3>2 and the other “Over 2.5” (T2) is won with odds 1.8, since 3>2.5. The winnings are equal to 100€ x 1.8 + 100€ x 1.8 = 360 €.

2.6.11.     Score of the match. It is needed to predict the final score at the end of normal time.

2.6.12.      The result of the first half and the whole game. It is needed to guess right both the outcome of the first half and the outcome of the whole game. The following notation is used in the offer line: W - win, D - draw. On the first place is the outcome of the first half and on the second place is the outcome of the whole game, e.g. W2W1 means that the second team is leading at the end of the first half and the first team won the whole game. The following 9 versions are possible: W1W1, W1D, W1W2, DW1, DD, DW2, W2W1, W2D, W2W2.

2.6.13.   Betting on which period will be the highest scoring one (or a quarter, game, set, inning etc.). Winning bets predict which of the periods (quarters, games, sets, innings etc.) will be the highest scoring ones (when will be most points, goals, etc. scored) or which of them will have equal scores.

2.6.14.    Result of the half-time (or other periods). In the offer line given column is displayed as 3:0, 3:1 etc.

2.6.15.    The method of scoring (from free kick, penalty, header, other kick or own goal). The bets «From the free kick» are considered to be won if the goal was scored by the player directly from a direct free kick. The bets «From a penalty kick» are considered to be won if the goal was scored from a penalty kick. The bets «By a header» are considered to be won if the goal was scored by head of a player. In the bets «From a kick» aren't included the following goals: «From the free kick», «From a penalty kick», «By a header» and «Own goal» The bet «Own goal» is considered to be won if an own goal is registered (when the player scored into the own goal).

2.6.16.    «Will be double» This bet is considered to be won if one of the players of two teams will score exactly two goals or more during the game.

2.6.17.    «Will be hat trick» This bet is considered to be won if one of the players of two teams will score exactly three goals or more during the game.

2.6.18.      «Will be four goals» This bet is considered to be won if one of the players of two teams will score exactly four goals and more during the game.

2.6.19.     Home – Away - The win of home (hosting) or away (visiting) team, taking into account the handicaps. The win is defined by the difference of goals (points) scored by the home team and the away team taking into account the handicaps. Betting on the quantity of games ended in a draw, wins of home teams and wins of away teams in one playing day or tournament.

2.6.20.      Odd/Even - bet on even or odd/even “total” of goals, cards, fouls etc. If the number of “total” is zero, “0” counts as an even number and the bet on Even “total” will win.

2.6.21.    Result of the participant. This bet is considered to be won if the participant will reach to the certain stage of the competition (e.g. the final, 1/8 final, 1/4 final, semifinal, etc.), or what will be their final place in the competition (in a group stage, etc.), or if they will reach to the next stage (round). If in the future the progressing to the next stage under any circumstances was cancelled for the participant, it isn't taken into account and the winnings will be paid out according to the results of competitions that have taken place.

2.6.22.     Bet on progressing to the next stage. When the participants meet several times and there will be the home advantage changes between the teams (participants), then the bets remain valid. If one of the games has not taken place or has been interrupted or if the result of the first match has been changed, the progressing is defined by the factual progressing of the team (participant) to the next stage. If none of the games has taken place, then such bets will be calculated with odds «1».

2.6.23.    Achieved or not achieved result. If the participant of the game cannot finish it or take part in it because of some reason (injury, refusal, etc.) and if the game wasn't stopped at that moment, then the bets made on the result of that participant remain valid. The bets will win if the result has been achieved and lose if it hasn't (unless shown otherwise in the offer line). E.g. Example: The player was eliminated from the tournament due to injury after 1/8 finals. The bet to win a tournament will lose, but the bet on reaching to 1/8 final will win.

1.3.    If two or more horses were withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders, the total deductions shall not exceed 90c.

1.4.    Should a horse be withdrawn, and a new market formed, then any bets placed at show prices prior to the new market will be subject to the above deductions. If further horses are withdrawn after a new market has been formed, bets placed at show prices prior to a new market being formed will be subject to a further deduction based on the prices of all withdrawn horses.

1.5.     Bets placed in the new market will be subject to a deduction based on the current price.

1.6.    The above table will also apply in the case of non-runners in early bird races. If the total deduction on the market is 5 cents in the €, the deduction will be waived.

2.    Bet acceptance and settlement:

2.1.       Bets are accepted for horse race meetings held under the rules of the Jockey Club and Irish Turf Club. Bets on horse racing are settled on the official result. However, a special double result concession is available on horse racing in the UK and Ireland where we pay out on the official result and first past the post. The concession applies to win single and multiple bets and winners in each way bets. There is no restriction on staking.

2.2.     The exceptions where we do not pay out on both the official result and first past the post are as follows: – the Grand National; an ante post bet; a void race; a selection taking the wrong course; a selection given as the winner in error by the judge; a selection carrying the wrong weight or the jockey failing to weigh in; a bet placed on the Favourite; a bet placed on a two runner race.

2.3.    Where a result is amended after the weigh-in, for example, as the result of a successful appeal, the amendment will be ignored for settlement purposes.

2.4.    All bets are deemed to be for races taking place on the day of acceptance unless you stipulate otherwise in your instructions. However, allowances will be made where racecards are printed in advance such as Sunday’s racecards printed on a Saturday.

2.5.     All bets on UK and Irish horse racing are settled at starting price returns. The starting price (SP) is the price available at the ‘off’ of the race. Where an Olybet SP or Industry SP is returned this will take precedence over any other declared SP and will be used to settle bets where no show, ante post is requested. Where no SP is returned and no show, ante post price is requested settlement of bets will be based on the final show of betting.

3.     Favourite betting:

3.1.       The favourite is the horse that is returned at the shortest odds. Bets nominating the favourite are accepted on horse and greyhound races at starting price only (i.e. not for other events or on bets at show prices). Where an Olybet SP or Industry SP is returned this will take precedence over any other declared SP and the favourite will be determined by the final show of betting. Where a bet is placed on an unnamed favourite in a race where no starting prices are returned please refer to Rule 2.

3.2.     Where you nominate the favourite and two or more runners start at the shortest odds, then your stake is divided equally over the joint or co-favourites created. For example, where two are returned at the shortest odds, then these two are joint first and second favourites and the next shortest price runner is the third favourite.

3.3.    Stakes will be returned on single favourite bets where the return, regardless of the result, is either the same or less than the original outlay. For example, Evs joint favourites, 3/1 co-favourites of four etc. Where this situation occurs with joint or co-favourites in an accumulative bet the selection will be treated as a non-runner.

3.4.    Win and each way bets for first and second favourites are accepted on horse racing.

3.5.     Where a horse is withdrawn not under starters orders but is still returned favourite then bets on that favourite are void. Bets will not transfer to the second favourite.

4.    Show prices:

4.1.       Show prices are the current prices on offer at the course during the period before a race.

4.2.     Prices for all races and events are subject to fluctuation.

4.3.    If you wish to bet at show prices you must stipulate this when placing your bet.

4.4.    Should a horse be withdrawn, resulting in a deduction under Tattersalls’ Rule 4, then no show price can be laid after the time of withdrawal, unless the market has been re-formed.

4.5.     Each way bets at show or early bird prices are governed by our SP place betting terms and determined by the number of actual starters, and not by the number of the declared runners when the price is laid.

4.6.    We accept bets in races of 2 or more runners for named and numbered selections at current show prices. Where you take a show price on a selection, it will apply to that selection in all win and each way bets throughout your bet.

4.7.   Should a horse be withdrawn without coming under starters orders in an early bird race, stakes on that selection will be returned, with bets on other runners in the race subject to a deduction in accordance with Tattersalls’ Rule 4, based on the price of the non-runner at the time it is withdrawn. However, if the market has been re-formed because of an earlier non-runner then the deduction for bets placed in the original market will be based on the last price quoted for the non-runner in that market. Bets on horse race events placed after the final declaration stage are not ante post and will be settled in accordance with these rules.
